In each country 2 face-to-face activities on processing and quality testing techniques were organised:

 

In Spain:

  1. Workshop on sensory analyses of aromatic plants
  2. Workshop on packaging and labelling of aromatic plants

In France:

  1. Workshop on steam distillation
  2. Workshop on sensory analyses of food products

In Portugal:

  1. Drying of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants.
  2. HACCPP applied to production and processing of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants

In Italy:

  1. Workshop on sensory analyses and new drying and distillation techniques to obtain food herbal products
  2. The basil’s chain and the production of pesto.
