In each country 2 face-to-face activities on processing and quality testing techniques were organised:
- Workshop on sensory analyses of aromatic plants
- Workshop on packaging and labelling of aromatic plants
- Workshop on steam distillation
- Workshop on sensory analyses of food products
- Drying of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants.
- HACCPP applied to production and processing of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants
- Workshop on sensory analyses and new drying and distillation techniques to obtain food herbal products
- The basil’s chain and the production of pesto.
